Returns

At Anna Rewick, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase with proof of purchase and item in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:

• Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt.
• Tags must be on the item.
• For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition accompanied with proof of purchase.
• We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Refunds 
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status (approved or rejected).  Approved returns will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Shipping
To return your product, mail your item(s) to: 1571 Leola Street, Kaysville UT 84037, United States.  The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

All items should be shipped with a trackable number. We cannot guarantee that your item will be received without a traceable number.
